The quote form asks for contact details, the service, collection and delivery areas, timing and transport requirements. The driver form asks for contact details, location, availability, vehicle status and relevant experience. Optional fields are marked.

These forms prepare a message on your device. DXL receives it only if you send it through your email service. The website does not send your form answers to a server, save them in browser storage or add them to analytics. Your browser or email app may retain autofill information or drafts under its own settings.

Use these forms for initial enquiries only. Do not include identity documents, National Insurance numbers, licence numbers, DBS records or other sensitive information.

Why you are asked for these details

Business enquiry details help DXL understand and respond to transport requirements. Driver application details help DXL assess an enquiry and discuss relevant opportunities. Any later onboarding or contractual process is separate from this initial form.

This site uses Cloudflare Pages hosting. DXL uses Zoho Mail for email. This version adds no advertising, analytics, third-party fonts, application cookies or browser storage. Hosting and email services may process technical information such as IP addresses, request details and message metadata to deliver and protect their services.

The exact provider arrangements, data locations, transfers and any safeguards must be confirmed by the owner. This notice does not assume that all data remains in the UK.
